14th Annual Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival Is Fun for the Whole Family

The 14th Annual Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival is set to launch at Barkers Island on August 21st and 22nd.

The Twin Ports Rotary has worked hard over the years to attract participants, making this one of the biggest events of the summer. The event is a fundraiser for a variety of charitable organizations through out the Twin Ports, and is always a crowd favorite as well.

Dragon Boat Racing is quickly becoming  one of the fastest growing water sports in the world, and is not only exciting for the people paddling, but spectators  too.  Make sure to bring the whole family out for this free event, with music, great food, craft fair and of course the races!

Dragon Boat Races will take place Saturday the 22nd from 8am-5pm.
