A new rule that will be voted on in early October for the city of Brunswick entails that nobody over the age of 16 will be allowed to be out in costume and or Trick or Treating or they could face a fine up to $200, and all Trick or Treating must end by 8pm.

The Deputy Mayor of Northern New Brunswick is upset about the whole entire proposal, but says it is better than what was initially drawn together. Some of the city councilors admit that the ruling is a little goofy, but some older residents had complained about troublemakers out that particular night.

This might be hard to enforce and what If you have a 12 or 13 year old kid that is big for his age, are they going to make him show an ID? What do you think about this law, let me know in the comments below.
