A year ago, spring had already sprung in the Twin Ports. Temperatures soared into the 70s and pretty much everyone was loving it. This year, things are a little different. This March is going down as the 10th snowiest on record and it's been plenty cold. Cold enough and snowy enough for people to call for Punxsutawney Phil's head.

The frustration with winter is apparently a worldwide phenomenon, with one rambunctious Russian taking out his winter rage in the form of a video that looks like an action film. In a word, this video is AWESOME!
