When we reported on the fact that Justin Bieber gave away his pet hamster Pac to a fan who pledged to treat the adorbs little rodent like royalty, we did suggest that maybe, just maybe, The Biebs had acted a bit irresponsibly with the critter.
The folks at the California Hamster Association – which we never knew existed until now -- are hopping mad at The Biebs for his action and they are letting the whole world know that they think the singer did wrong by Pac.
