A couple months ago Ben & Jerry's released four new flavors of non-dairy ice cream since almost everyone and their mother has been asking for it. I finally got my hands on some.

Last year I was diagnosed as lactose intolerant and my life came crashing down. I know there are way worse things in life, but I would eat a block a cheese a day because it was delicious! Since then I've stayed away from things like ice cream. When I heard that Ben & Jerry were making non-dairy versions, I had to find them.

The ice cream is made with almond milk (almonds and water) and it gives the ice cream more of a sweeter taste. I absolutely love it. Normally I stay away from non-dairy, dairy items because they usually taste like cruel lies. To me, this was like a dream come true. I literally haven't had ice cream in a year, so I'm happy that this is now a thing. As you can see below, it looks like normal ice cream.

The four non-dairy flavors are: Chunky Monkey, Coffee Caramel Fudge, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and P.B. & Cookies. According to their website all four flavors are available at Target, but I found them at Cub Foods. You can check out the video below and let me know what you think of this non-dairy ice cream option in the comments.
