Josh Ripley From Andover High School recently demonstrated what true Sportsmanship is all about.

Josh was recently competing in a Cross Country meet when he came across a runner who was injured (from another team) and laying on the ground with a bleeding ankle. Instead of continuing on with the race, he helped him up, and carried him a mile and a half to the finish line. Then he actually ran back to where he stopped to finish the race! Wow! Josh proved what a true athlete is all about. Hopefully some professional athletes will take heed from this high school student and realize that some times it is more important to lose the race, but still come out as a Champion! :)  By the way, the athlete who was injured ended up at the hospital and needed 20 stitches.
