Celebrate Thanksgiving With The Turkey Bowl On Ice Skate Party

The City of Duluth is at it again with a free holiday skate party and fun activities. Kick off Thanksgiving with the Turkey Bowl On Ice skating party at the Essentia Health Duluth Heritage Sports Center.

The Turkey Bowl On Ice is happening Wednesday November 15th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Heritage Sports Center ( 120 South 30th Ave West.). It’s an all ages event, but kids under 10 years of age should be accompanied by an adult.

The fun activities will include crafts, games, a DJ and samples of healthy Thanksgiving foods. Military personnel will be there to inspire Holiday card-making for service men and women overseas. A little bonus this year, all bowlers and those who bring a food shelf donation will be eligible to win a Thanksgiving turkey!

Regular open skate hours during the school year is offered every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8 PM. Just make sure to bring your own skates and helmets. Get out in the community and have some fun this fall.
