City Of Duluth Looking For Volunteers To Help Clean The CIty

Duluth Parks and Rec are looking for volunteers to assist with the 2017 Clean and Green projects and help clean-up city parks and public spaces. 

Absolutely anyone and everyone is encouraged to register as an individual or a large group and/or organization. The Parks and Rec team will provide all the  necessary supplies including garbage bags, gloves and pick-up of collected trash, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

The two projects that need help this year are:

• On-going clean-ups where the volunteer  or volunteers will commit to picking up trash in one location for the duration of the Clean and Green season.
• One-time individual or group clean-ups where volunteers choose or are assigned a specific location where they or their group pick up trash.

The cleaning starts up in early spring, so make sure to register as soon as you can. It's time to make Duluth clean again.
