Cockatoo Runs Trough the House Screeching Nonsense [VIDEO]

Even though I am deathly afraid of birds, I could not stop laughing at this crazy animal.

I could not even imagine listening to this on a daily basis, but the best part is how he/she is running around the house like a toddler who had to much sugar. How do you train a bird to be quiet? How to you escape this besides having to leave the house, and most importantly what is this bird so mad about?
