College Student Flushing Socks Down The Toilet

I am well aware of how bored College students come up with ways to pass the time but this is  insane.

A College Student or students at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks has been flushing children' s socks down the toilet.  So far it has cost the school about $15,000 in equipment and labor cost. They have posted signs but it just keeps happening. Here is my suggestion to you......since it is confined to one building in particular, pay some college student to monitor the bathroom activity.  They could hand out cologne and towels...(undercover you know). I just really want to know what college kid can afford to buy all those socks in the first place?
