Comedian Charlie Berens Show Rescheduled For September 7

Comedian Charlie Berens the Host of the series " The Manitowoc Minute" will be bringing his Midwest brand of comedy to Superior with a live performance at UWS Thorpe Langley Auditorium at 1710 Weeks Avenue in Superior.

Berens was supposed to perform back on April 27, but the show was canceled due to the refinery fire in Superior. Berens who grew up in the Milwaukee area has been featured on Funny or Die, Yahoo, CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports 1 and is also an Emmy Winning Journalist. Berens  incorporated his love of his home state of Wisconsin into a hilarious video segment  where he dons a Camo style jacket and speaks in a very thick Wisconsin accent as he does his impromptu news features.

Given the fact that he is doing his show in this area he is sure to bring the flair of his character as Wisconsin's Favorite Son and a majority of his show dedicated to all things Badger State and beyond.

Berens character has become so popular that he has a variety of T-shirts and other merchandise for sale emblazoned with some of his famous catch phrases like "Keep 'er Movin' "
