Conan O’Brien to Return as Host of the White House Correspondents Dinner [VIDEO]
Late-night talk show host Conan O’Brien of the titular ‘Conan’ will be hosting this year’s White House Correspondents Dinner. At least according to Twitter, where places like FOX currently impart their news.
Let’s be honest, do newspapers even exist anymore?
The purpose of the overpriced meal is to raise money for scholarships. President Obama and the FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, are expected to attend.
O’Brien last hosted the event in 1995, when Bill Clinton was in the midst of his first term in office. Way back when Conan somehow managed to have redder and fuller hair than he does now and Judge Ito jokes were still funny.
This year’s dinner will take place on April 27, and if C-SPAN plays its cards right, we might actually tune in.
