Crabby Ol’ Bills in Canal Park Has New Owners, and Soon a Fresh New Look

For locals and tourists alike the Iconic tug boat replica known as Crabby Ol' Bills beached on the rocks in the heart of Canal Park has been a must place to visit for many years, and now the tradition continues.

Titanium Partners LLC purchased the business this May and has some big plans to breath new life into this Duluth staple. Brian Forcier the Managing Partner at Titanium said that they were initially approached by a group to purchase Crabby Ol' Bills since they have done work in the past turning buildings around. At first he laughed at the idea, but the more he thought about it he decided why not?  This is definitely something worth saving.

The company is working with many major food vendors to prepare a delicious menu that fits the on the go style of being right on the Lakewalk. But, rest assured they will continue with the tradition of the mini donuts and they will be as delicious as ever!

With an opening date planned for May 26th much hard work is being done inside the ship this week getting things replaced and up to code. Next week a construction company will be tackling the outside of the boat giving it a fresh new look.
