Cortez (CJ) Ham helped Augustana reach the school's first Division II playoff berth since 2010 and now he has the potential to go pro with the Minnesota Vikings.

CJ is a 6-foot-1, 238-pound running back who even graduated from Denfeld. I graduated two years before him, but he is one of the nicest guys you will ever met and one heck of a football player.

He earned All-NSIC South Division Second Team honors his senior season at Augustana and even won the 2015 NSIC Football Glen Galligan Award for making a positive contribution to the school and exceeding in academics.

CJ was invited to the Minnesota Vikings rookie training camp this weekend. I wish the best of luck to CJ and hopefully his dream of playing in the pros comes true!
