Marching bands, antique cars, floats and more will soon be lining up as the West Duluth tradition continues with this years Memorial Day Parade.

Growing up in West Duluth and only a few blocks away from the starting point of the parade, my mom and me would always walk down to catch all the glory.

The Parade will be held on Monday May 30th (Memorial Day) and run approximately  12:30pm-1:30pm. The starting point is on 59th Ave West and goes east bound on Grand then south on Central Avenue to Ramsey Street, and east on Ramsey Street to Mike Colalillo Drive, where it will disband this year.

No parking will be allowed on either side of Grand Avenue along the parade route. There will also be “No parking” signs posted along the route. I can't wait to carry on the tradition with my girls and see what this years parade has in store.
