Duluth Mayor Don Ness to Proclaim November 29th “Disney on Ice Day” in Duluth

For the first time ever, Disney on Ice is coming to the City of Duluth. To commemorate the inaugural visit, Mickey Mouse will pay a visit to City Hall at 1 p.m. on Thursday. There, Duluth Mayor Don Ness is proclaiming November 29, 2012 as “Disney on Ice Day” in Duluth. It will also be the opening night for Disney on Ice Celebrates 100 Years of Magic at the DECC.
Mickey Mouse will visit Mayor Ness’ office to accept the honor.
Mickey and more than 60 of Disney’s captivating characters will be in town for seven performances of Disney on Ice Celebrates 100 Years of Magic at the DECC from November 29 – December 2, 2012.
In this ice show produced by Feld Entertainment, everyone’s favorite sweethearts, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, take audiences on a fun-filled adventure, sharing memories with Disney friends including Goofy, Donald Duck, the beloved Disney Princesses, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio, Mulan, Timon, Pumbaa, Stitch, Nemo, the Incredibles, and many more.
