Duluth Police Department is Offering Citizen Police Academy Classes

If you would like an inside look at the job of a Duluth Police Officer, as an average citizen now is your chance.

I am someone who is obsessed with the show Cops and real life Crime Dramas like The First 48, plus being friends with a few local Police Officers this is something right up my alley.

The Citizen Police Academy Course offers citizens an 11 week course Wednesday evenings from 6-9p, which starts on March 16th. I went on a Police Ride Along in Duluth many years ago, and I would highly recommend it for anybody to give you a real insight into just how difficult this job can be.
