Duluth Police Need Help Locating Suspect In Theft Incident

The Duluth Police Department went to Facebook for some more public help. This time in locating a suspect who stole packages off a porch in West Duluth. 

The individual pictured above stole the packages of a residence in the 400 North block of 47th Avenue West. If you know any information about the suspect, you are asked to send the department a Facebook message with the case number 16083516
