Duluth Police Seek Public’s Help Locating This Man
The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Curtis Lee James Fairbanks, a 21 year old, male resident of Duluth, MN.
Fairbanks has a Felony Arrest Warrant for Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Burglary, Offering a Forged Check, and Possession of a Stolen Check.
These charges stem from a burglary of an occupied residence in the 1800 block of East Seventh Street that occurred during the nighttime hours of March 24, 2012, and subsequent forgery of a check stolen in that burglary. Fairbanks was recently charged in another burglary of an occupied residence and auto theft. He has a prior conviction for 1st Degree Burglary in 2009.

Race: Native American
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Brown (also wears glasses)
Facial Hair: Small mustache
