Dear Service Manager,

On July 12, 2010 my wife and I stopped by your service center to have a pair of ATV tires patched. As it took us while to find your store (name change) we didn't arrive until a few minutes before you were due to close. Your servicemen offered to have our tires ready for pick-up early the next morning. We explained that we were from out of town and leaving early the next morning and would have someone else pick up the tires when complete. Your service people - Matt and Jerry - then said that they would try to fix them while we waited. We truly appreciated this exceptional customer service as it would have been hard to find someone to pick them up for us. It is not often when someone goes out of their way to help others and we wanted you to know how much we appreciated their efforts. We will definitely refer our friends and family to your store in the future.

To Perry and Mike:

First of all, I would like to thank you for your help on Tuesday, April 26th, when I desperately needed assistance. My car was acting up something awful, and I was so nervous driving it. I stopped at the first service station I could find, which happened to be __________, and they actually declined to help me because it was their "lunch hour". "Thanks for nothing", I told them! Anyway, your station was the next one, and all I can say is thank goodness the guys at the first station were on their lunch break, because I received the BEST service ever from you guys! I realize I was quite frazzled when I first came in, I was late for a very important meeting date with my sister, and she was waiting in Cloquet for me. It was snowing like crazy and windy, and well, it was just a terrible day, up to that point. Both of you calmed me down almost instantaneously, you Perry for getting my car in for service right away, and you Mike for keeping me "quite" entertained. You both made a very stressful circumstance easier for me by how you handled the situation, and I don't know how to thank you!

In closing, let me assure you that your kindess will not be forgotten, and "word of mouth" advertising is absolutely the best, and people will hear about your kindness, and the business!

WOW! You are my top jailbird. You raised $1,111! Because of people like you, we surpassed our Jail & Bail goal by $10,000!

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Many thanks to Matt and Perry at Pro Tire for helping me get a fresh set of tires on this old motorhome. the "Advance GL283A" tires performed flawlessly on our 3000 mile maiden voyage. We'd been planning this vacation as a family celebration/reward after a year of dealing with cancer in the family, and with the tight budget we had left to work with, Pro Tire kept the need for tires from being a deal breaker on our dream vacation.
