Ed Sheeran wrapped up his three night stint playing sold-out shows at London's legendary Wembley Stadium just a few weeks ago, but for those of you who were unable to get tickets --- don't worry. NBC is set to air a one-hour television special called Ed Sheeran -- Live at Wembley Stadium in August, so you can watch him perform on the iconic stage from the comfort of your own home.

The special will feature concert footage from the three record-breaking shows, including a special duet with Sir Elton John and backstage documentary footage as well.

While performing at Wembley is certainly a highlight for any musician's career, Ed says it wasn't a dream come true for him, because he never let himself dream quite that big. He said, "I can't say that performing at Wembley Stadium was a ‘dream come true,' because I honestly thought it was out of reach and didn't think it was possible."

He continued, "But with each tour, the venues continued to grow and it became something of a challenge to see how far we could take it, how big we could go and still deliver a show that connected with the entire audience. It really doesn’t get any bigger than Wembley in my mind and it was an honor to join the select few that have headlined there. It’s definitely a personal milestone and I’m so glad to share this special moment with all of my fans.”

Ed Sheeran -- Live at Wembley Stadium is set to air on NBC on August 21 at 8PM EST.
