Join us for the 22nd annual Walk for Animals, a fundraiser for Animal Allies Humane Society. It's the best fundraiser of the year because your furry friends get to join you! Spend the morning walking with your pet, visiting with vendors, and participating in a variety of fun contests. Our favorite is the Cutest Puppy contest!
All proceeds from the 2014 Walk for Animals support the AAHS programs which in 2011 placed more than 1,800 homeless animals with adoptive families, financially supported spay/neuter for 7,000 animals, and educated thousands of area school children in the humane treatment of animals.
Registration begins at 9:00am with the walk beginning at 10:00am. Dogs are very welcome and encouraged to attend but please remember they must be on a leash, 6 feet or shorter, at all times. Retractable leases are not allowed.
