Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Says “Something Awesome” is Coming Next Week

According to Time.com when meeting with reporters in the Facebook Seattle office, CEO Mark Zuckerberg mentioned that the social giant would "launch something awesome" in the next week. Unfortunately no other details were given, but insiders have their guesses.

Some are speculating that Facebook may finally be launching an iPad app the utilizes the  multi-touch interface of the iPad.  Others are guessing it may be a new mobile photo sharing app that Facebook has been rumored to be developing.

I'm sure it's no coincidence that Facebook is trying to make splash in the social ocean just as Google sets sail with its new Google+ service, a new social service aimed at Zuckerberg's Facebook.
