Girl Bongs a Beer and Gets High Five From Cops [VIDEO]

Here are two things you never see in the same video, one, a girl bonging a beer, two, a cop giving her a high five after she completed it.

The girl and her friends were tailgating before a Phillies baseball game when the bonging happened, leaving the cop to say "I can appreciate that", so can I Officer, so can I.  See the video after the jump.
