Glensheen Is Getting Ready to Open A Lakefront Bar

Starting June 29th Glensheen Mansion is opening a bar at its lakefront beach, inviting the public to enjoy drinks right on the lakeshore. The bar will be located next to the garage and will be called the Lake Superior Beach Club which will be open 7 days a week from 4p-9p until August 31.

This area will have lawn games, board games on picnic tables, menus for food delivery and a cash bar. Meet new friends, enjoy a bonfire, or walk the estate and take in the gardens. Access to the grounds and to the Beach Club are all free of charge, but if you would like to take a tour inside the mansion tours have been extended to 9pm.

What a great chance for the general public to enjoy the beautiful beach area and grounds of Glensheen any day of the week with your friends and family.
