Go Behind the Scenes of Sweet Martha’s Cookies

The popular food blog Delish got a behind the scenes look at Sweet Martha's Cookies at the Minnesota State Fair.

Sweet Martha is one of the busiest food stands at the Great Minnesota Get Together, selling over $3 million worth of chocolate chip cookies during the two-week event.

It's not easy to run n operation like this, efficiency is the key, they need to keep the cookies moving or the line will get out of control. This is also the reason that Martha only sells chocolate chip cookies at the fair.

The good news is that Sweet Martha will be back next year, the bad news is that we have to wait more than 6 months before those sweet, warm cookies hit our mouth again.
