It's official, Sunday liquor sales will start in July 2nd.

Today Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton signed a bill overturning a long-standing law that prohibited liquor sales on Sunday.

Stores who decide to open on Sunday can start selling at 11 a.m. and must stop sales at 6 p.m.. but cities are allowed to keep liquor stores closed on Sundays if they pass an ordinance.

Cheers to Gov. Dayton and lawmakers for listening to the will of the people, great work for once.
