Gunfire During Home Burglary in Duluth Hillside; Police Looking for Public’s Help to Find Suspects

Duluth Police report that around 11:45am on the 500 block of East 8th St. a 48 year old man returned home to find two unknown men inside, he asked them to leave when one of the suspects turned with something in his hand the homeowner fired one round from his handgun, the suspects quickly fled and it's unknown if either suspect was hit.

A perimeter was set up and a K-9 ran a track in the area. Neither suspect has been located and police ask for your help tracking down the suspects who are described as follows:

1) Black male, medium complexion, 20-30 years old, 5’6” 150 pounds, short hair, wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.

2) Black male, medium complexion, 20-30 years old, 5’10” 175 pounds, short hair and sideburns, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
