With the upcoming school year just a matter of weeks away, families around the Northland are going over their back to school shopping lists to make sure their children have everything they need to be successful for the upcoming year. While back to school shopping can put a strain on many families' budgets, some just don't have the means to get what they need for their children. That's why MIX 108 has teamed up with the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland and a bunch of area businesses to gather supplies for those families in need this year.

As part of our supply collection drive, Jeanne and I will be taking our morning show outside to the trailer we're looking to stuff full of supplies tomorrow (Tuesday) morning! We'd love if you would stop by with any supplies you may be able to donate through the course of the morning show between 6 am and 9 am so we can personally thank you for your donation. You'll find us at 14 East Central Entrance, just east of the Central Entrance-Arlington Avenue intersection. Look for the MIX 108 vehicle sitting out in the lot and Jeanne and I waiting for you to stop by.

If you're unable to swing by during the morning show tomorrow, we will continue to collect supplies for the next couple weeks here at the station and at a series of drop-off locations around the area. You can drop off your donations during regular business hours here at the station, or at any of the spots listed by clicking the button below.

Thanks, and we hope to see you Tuesday morning!
