Following a casting call that wrapped up recently, anticipation for the upcoming reality television show 'Hockey Moms' is growing around the "State of Hockey". As we reported previously, the show will follow the lives of families living the youth hockey lifestyle - because let's face it, it is a complete lifestyle.

When the casting call was out, the show had found on-air homes in the Twin Cities and Rochester, but none of the Duluth TV stations had opted in on the show. That has changed. My9, part of the group of channels that are part of the Northland's NewsCenter, announced that they will be carrying the program once it finishes production. The show is set to hit the airwaves at the end of December and will run through March.
