Every week day during 90's at noon we're jumping in the time time machine for a look back on memorable events that happened. Today we went to the year 1995 to reminisce on a popular comedy, a book series at a number one hit song.

A movie that opened up this week in 1995 was 'Tommy Boy' starring former 'Saturday Night Live' cast mates Chris Farley and David Spade. The film grosses over $32 million at the box office and was originally titled 'Rocky Road'. I still laugh out loud while watching this movie, a comedy classic!

In headlines, former member of the rap group N.W.A. Eazy-E died on this day back in '95. I'm interested to see the N.W.A. movie coming out this summer (August '15) and their portrayal on him, because the group had a big falling out.

Last but certainly not least, after spending seven weeks at the number one spot, it was TLC's second number one hit this year  and one of my favorites from the group, 'Waterfalls'.

Comment below and let me know what you thought of these 1995 highlights.
