We have all seen videos of someone walking and looking down at their phone as they walk into a light post or bump into another person, well a city in China may have come up with an idea to fix that.

According to an article on Timesunion.com the city of Chongqing has set up a smartphone lane for people who are busy tweeting or using their phones so they don't have to pay attention while walking. The man who manages the entertainment zone has said that it basically is ironic and a reminder to people to watch where they are going.
