Party Planners: There’s Now a Keurig-Like Device for Jello Shots Called Jevo

As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. For bar owners and party organizers, the process of making Jello shots can be one that requires plenty of time and patience as the Jello slowly sets up in your fridge. Now, a new device promises to make that process much easier and faster.

The new device, named Jevo, is being called a "Keurig for Jello shots". The device uses proprietary flavored gelatin mix pods that come in a number of flavors, including strawberry, lemon, grape, margarita and piña colada. The device automatically mixes the pod contents and booze in a speedy fashion. The Jevo cranks out 20 ready-to-go shots in 10 minutes, rather than the hours it would take to make them the old fashioned way.

As of right now, the Jevo looks like it is being marketed to bars, night clubs, and other commercial venues. Who knows, maybe one day there will be a home version of the unit to make your next party easier to whip up Jello shots for.
