Jitters Coffee Shop in Downtown Duluth Has a New Name and Owner

For the last 17 years Jitters has been in the same spot at 102 W. Superior St. This past Saturday the store opened under the name: Lake Superior Bakehouse.

New owners Katina and Pauly Petsoulis decided to do a soft open in time for Grandma's Marathon this past Saturday. According to an article from the Duluth News Tribune, Katina said "There was a lot of surprise. I think people walk in and not even look at the sign anymore."

The brother and sister team bought the business from Gary Houdek who opened Jitters back in '97. They have made small changes and updates for their grand opening on August 8th.

I have actually never been in Jitters, but I love coffee and bakery items so I might have to check this place out. Especially now that Lake Superior in the title. Comment below and let me know what you think of the new business.
