Justin Beiber Has Too Much Free Time: Introduces “Cone-ing” [VIDEO]

Um...really Justin?  You have 43 Gazillion dollars, and this is what you do with your free time?  Why not just fly your own space shuttle to the moon, or buy an island and some go carts and go to town?  Or maybe some charity work, to show that you are socially conscious?  Is this REALLY how you spend time away from making millions of pre-teen girls go bonkers?

Forget "planking" or "owling."  Apparently the new thing (according to the Beibs) is "cone-ing."
