Justin Bieber may be considered a pop artist, but he has some close hip-hop ties that he loves to visit any chance he gets. After hopping on DJ Khaled's new No. 1 hit single "I'm the One," the Purpose singer is now tapping into his inner rapper for a new remix to Kendrick Lamar's "Humble" record.

While partying in New York City last night (May 23) at 1Oak nightclub, Bieber treated attendees to a special treat, playing a snippet of his remix to the DAMN. rapper's new smash hit.

According to footage taken by a fan inside of the venue, the vocalist can be heard spitting some rhymes over the Mike WiLL Made-It's upbeat instrumental while Biebz is seen standing on a table nearby looking at the crowd's reaction. We're not sure when he recorded the remix, but many Beliebers are already flooding the singer with tweets and comments, begging him to release the full version online.

This isn't the first time Biebervelli has channeled his inner rapper, as he's done rap remixes over other people's songs in the past, including Chris Brown's "Look At Me Now" in 2011, along with a freestyle on Hot 97 in the same year. And remember when he rapped along to Tupac's "Dear Mama" next to Rick Ross at a night club back in 2014?

Listen to a preview of Justin's remix of Kendrick's "Humble" below and stay tuned for the full version to possibly drop soon.
