CNN is reporting that Justin Bieber is in Toronto to turn himself in to police for an outstanding criminal charge from last December. The charge stems from allegations that a member of Bieber's entourage assaulted a limousine driver that was driving the pop star and others last month while. A spokesperson for Bieber offered no comment following his arrival in Toronto this evening (Wednesday, January 29), where he was greeted by a crowd of reporters and photographers looking to capture his arrival to the police station.

Bieber had most recently been spotted in Panama, following a run-in with the law in Florida where he was arrested for drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license after an alleged street drag racing incident.

This, his second arrest in a week's time, is another in a growing string of legal issues for the 19 year old singer. The first major criminal issue came with charges against Bieber and his posse for allegedly egging a neighbor of his California home and causing $20,000 in damages. This was followed by the drunk driving incident in Florida, which did result in an arrest. Bieber entered a not guilty plea earlier today to the charges in the Florida arrest.

We will update this story with the latest information as it becomes available.
