Katy Perry To Put On Free Concert For Fans

Katy Perry announced yesterday on the ELLEN show that she is renting out the Staples Center in Los Angeles, to put on a free concert for her fans on November 23'rd. She is wrapping up her California Dreams Tour, which was a whopping 121 shows!  She said she wanted to do this to say Thank You to her fans, and everyone in the world is welcome to come.  Bravo Katy!
