Yes.  Ke$ha tweeted a picture of herself doing important business in the street.  Looks like she was desperate for a #1.  Ha! Get it?  In a tweet from Tuesday, she posted:

"pee pee on the street. PoPo come n get me if u can find meeee. I blame traffik."

Would you ever...no.  Can't even ask that question.
