This video appears to be shot in 1953, I picture dad smoking a pipe and taping this scene with his new “high tech” 16mm film camera, well I’m glad that wise dad converted this video and found a new “high tech” thingy, YouTube.
It’s not the 5 foot inflatable whale that is the most ridiculous thing in this vintage footage, check out the kid mentally prepping himself and eventually attempting the death defying back flip into the pool, or not. “Ya need to help him”
