As part of an annual fundraising endeavor, the Lake Superior Maritime Museum Association is offering the chance to win a Lake Superior cruise aboard the 1,000 foot ore boat Edwin H. Gott.

The "Cruise of a Lifetime", as it is called, is being given away as part of a raffle the Lake Superior Maritime Museum Association uses to help in supporting the Corps of Engineers' Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center, which sees thousands of tourist and locals pass through their doors each year.

The prize will be awarded to two lucky individuals, who will each be able to bring a guest with them aboard the Edwin H. Gott for a roughly 5-day cruise setting sail from either Duluth or Two Harbors this summer. Beside the ride, winners and their guests will get a full pilothouse to engine room tour, an opportunity to see the owner's quarters and staterooms, and dine at the captain's table while aboard.

The trip is offered as a donation by the Great Lakes Fleet/Key Lakes, Inc. to help the LSMMA in their fundraising efforts. Raffle tickets go on sale for this year's cruise in April. You can learn more by clicking the button below.
