Last Place on Earth Building is now on the Market

The three-story building that used to be Last Place on Earth on 120 E. Superior St. in downtown Duluth is up for sale.

The building is currently being sold for $169,900 and Realtor's hope it will sell even with the bad stigma from the former owner. According to local and Federal authorities the building is in deteriorating condition, but hopefully someone can come along and turn it in to something good.

The brick building sits in a nice location on superior street and has a lot of potential. According to an article from the Duluth News Tribune, former owner Jim Carlson who is currently serving a 17 year sentence and in the process of appealing the case is trying to fight for the building.
