The Minnesota Vikings have a new web series called 'Beyond The Gridiron' and in their second episode, they take a look at the history behind the SKOL Chant.

The SKOL Chant was born during the first season in U.S. Bank Stadium and has quickly become a fan favorite during Vikings home and away games.

The chant is inspired by a similar ritual done in Iceland, Vikings players Danielle Hunter, Linval Joseph and Kyle Rudolph took a trip to Iceland last summer to learn about the history of the chant and the country that inspired it.
