Madonna always has her pulse on what is the latest trend, so why not have PSY hop onstage for a little music mashup?

She is a true inspiration to all artists out there, no matter how long you have been around, you can always change and evolve. From what I heard about her show in the Twin Cities a few weeks ago, she was amazing.
