Mailboat Jumpers Has to Be the Craziest Summer Job Ever

The beautiful little town of Lake Geneva Wisconsin lies just over the border of Illinois and Wisconsin and is a favorite summer hang out for Chicago residents. As a kid we used to go to Lake Geneva all the time, but I never saw anything as wild as this.

They are called 'Mailboat Jumpers' and the as the name implies literally have to jump on and off a moving boat to deliver the mail to residents who live on Geneva Lake. This job is not for the faint of heart,  you need to be in great shape and have good balance too.

Fox 6 News in Milwaukee went down to Lake Geneva to check out the tryouts for this years Mailboat Jumpers and it looks insane. It is just a seasonal job for the summer, but I could not imagine doing this job year round. I sure hope the people that live on this lake appreciate getting their mail.
