Many people are avid collectors of movie memorabilia, but one California man was feeding his habit with money that belonged to the state of California.

Ah yes, using someone else’s money for trips, homes and a giant Star Wars collection, that will have you end up in jail for 9 years. Just ask new convict Eric Hodgson who not only had his home and bank accounts seized but his life size Yoda figure as well.

Crime doesn’t pay, and now this former business owner can sit around and brag to his new found friends about the giant Star Wars collection he once had.
