Man Licking Shoe On Subway

Ummm not much to say about this video except What The? Question .... is that his shoe or someone else' s? And what the heck is on that shoe that makes it so tasty?  I have been to NYC many times, but never took the subway, now I really feel like I missed out.  :(  Also, notice the people on the train do not even give this guy a second look?
