According to the Minnesota State Fair the September 1st Concert for Meghan Trainor has been canceled due to the singer needing throat surgery.

The Minnesota State Fair made the announcement today, Meghan Trainor took to Twitter to break the news to her fans explaining that the injury to her throat last month was re-injured due to a case of bronchitis which caused her vocal cords to hemorrhage. Trainor has canceled all remaining dates for her tour and will have to undergo surgery. If you bought tickets to the show, here is how to get a refund:

  1. Tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded
  2. Tickets purchased with cash or check should be returned via mail along with buyer contact information to Ticket Refund, Minnesota State Fair, 1265 Snelling Ave. N., St. Paul, MN 55108 for a full refund.
  3. For any other questions regarding refunds or Grandstand shows call (651) 288-4427.

The Minnesota State Fair is looking into a replacement show for September 1st, but nothing has been announced as of yet.
