Minnesota Ranked Second Best State to Live In the United States

Despite the harsh winters Minnesota is an awesome place to live, with something for everyone, be it a big city, small town, nature lover, or fitness buff. And now our state has come into the national spotlight as a great place to live.

According to Politico Magazines Margaret Slattery, the number One state according to her findings is New Hampshire. Here is some of the criteria she used for the rankings:-Per Capitol Wealth  -Crime Rate -Life expectancy -Obesity Rate- High School Graduation Rate and so on.

Some of our surrounding states did not fair as well with Iowa landing at #8 and Wisconsin landing at #19. So take heed Vikings Fans, Wisconsin may have the Green Bay Packers and some Super Bowl Wins, but we are #2 otherwise!   :)
