According to a Press Release: The Super Snack Challenge encourages kids to come up with or share their healthy game day recipes. Dana Nelson who is  Vice President of Legacy and Community Partnerships for the MNSBHC Legacy Fund said this challenge is a way for kids in our community and the entire state of Minnesota to create their own Super Bowl Memories and create life long healthy eating habits.

Fifty two semi-finalists will be invited to the Super Kids Tail Gate Party that will take place during the 10 day Super Bowl Festival that precedes Super Bowl LII on February 4th 2018 in Minneapolis.

Children between the ages of 8-14 can prepare a healthy Super Bowl Snack using some of their favorite healthy ingredients and then have a parent or guardian submit the recipe. Recipes will be graded on nutrition, ease to make, creativity and taste.  For more information and to submit recipes Click Here!
